Is an initiative launched with the aim of stimulating debate and promoting the exchange of good practices among the EU Member States and eGovernment stakeholders, to successfully meet the challenges raised by the eGovernment Ministerial Declaration on Cross-Border Interoperability; an essential pillar for the set-up of pan-European eGovernment services, and a key enabler for an Internal Market without electronic barriers.
